EXCHANGE OF GOODS

 

Let's work with the notion that you don't fit the size. It is up to you if you ate more noodles than you were supposed to at grandma's

You can exchange the goods you ordered on our website within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure it is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. So please make sure that you are ok before you decide to ride in our Mont Blanc boots.    

We will explain the exchange procedure like a pancake recipe. Simply and briefly. Although, hand on heart, even those pancakes are sometimes not a win. 

  • Print out a request for the exchange that we sent you with the goods or email.
  • Pack these two papers together with the goods so that you do not damage them.
  • Go to our website and create a new order with the goods you want instead of the one that didn't fit. Be sure to put in the order note: "exchange of goods for another" and the order number from which you exchange the goods, the name and size of the goods you return).
A simple example: exchanging goods for another. Order N°: 459514681, X™ SAND Shoes, 41.
  • Select EXCHANGE as the shipping method.
  • Find the discount code box and type in EXCHANGE. If you do not do this, the courier will charge you the whole amount of the item ordered. And we've warned you about that.
  • We will send a courier service regarding the goods you wish to exchange.
  • The shipping costs are according, to each country, will be calculated during the exchange order request. 

Repetition is the mother of wisdom, so we will remind you, once again, when the goods, cannot be exchanged.

  • The item(s) are damaged
  • The item(s) shows signs of use and wear
  • The item(s) are not complete (including accessories, warranty card, instructions, etc..., if delivered)

If you decide to exchange the goods in unauthorized way, they will be returned at your expense.

RETURN POLICY

Do you want to return the goods? That's fine. We are not angry with you. Not even a little bit. Really.

We won't even ask you the reason, for the first 14 days from the receipt of your order. At that time you can return it to us without giving a reason.
 
As with exchanging goods, we'll explain returns as simple as a recipe. But it doesn't have to be pancakes anymore. It can be an omelette, for example.

  • Print out a withdrawal form and fill it in. You can also print a copy of the tax document (invoice) that we sent you with the package or email.
  • Pack these two papers together with the goods in such a way that neither you nor the courier service will damage them.
  • Send us the goods to our central European return support warehouse DOUBLE RED, Sturova 20, 977 01 Brezno, Slovakia no later than 14 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The period is considered to be maintained if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period. It is advisable to send the goods as a parcel by registered mail for the purpose of documenting the shipment. Please do not send it to us by cash on delivery. We will not accept such a package. Thank you for your understanding.

For great success, we will also remind you once again when goods cannot be returned.

Another important reminder:

  • We are not obliged to return the money received from the buyer before the buyer's hands over the goods or proves that they have been sent to us
  • in the event of an unauthorized return of the goods, the goods will be returned to the customer at their expense.
