RETURN POLICY

Goods purchased in the online store www.doubleredshop.com can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of goods. The seller informs that in the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer will bear the cost of returning the goods (typically postage).

Send us the goods to our central European return support center DOUBLE RED, Sturova 20, 977 01 Brezno no later than 14 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The period is considered to be maintained if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period. It is advisable to send the goods as a parcel by registered mail for the purpose of documenting the shipment. Do not send goods by cash on delivery, we will not accept such a package.
Include the withdrawal and a copy of the tax document (invoice) that we sent you with the goods or email to the package. If you are interested, you can fill in and send our sample withdrawal form or any other apparent withdrawal notice.

It is not possible to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:

  • the goods are mechanically damaged
  • The item(s) is/are not in original packing (was unpacked)
  • goods are not complete (including accessories, warranty card, instructions, etc., if delivered)

Please note that the seller is not obliged to return the money received to the buyer before the buyer hands over the goods or proves that they have sent the goods.
In the event of an unauthorized return of the goods, the goods will be returned to the customer at their expense.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods purchased in the online store www.doubleredshop.com can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of goods for another size if it is not worn and not damaged in the original packaging.

When exchanging for another size it is necessary to create a new order, the exchange must be stated in the order note - "exchange of goods for another" (the order number from which you exchange the goods, the name and size of the goods you return).

Pack the goods you wish to exchange together with a copy of the tax document (invoice) that we sent you with the goods or email. You can also include a request for the exchange of goods in the package, specifying the model and size you are interested in. We will send a courier service regarding the goods you wished to be exchanged. The shipping costs are 4.95€.

exchange is not possible in the following cases:

  • the goods are mechanically damaged
  • if the goods bear signs of use and wear
  • goods are not complete (including accessories, warranty card, instructions, etc., if delivered)


In the event of an unauthorized exchange of goods, the goods will be returned to the customer at their expense.
